Sport & Exercise Psychologist
Hannah has worked with a wide range of clients including high performing athletes as well as recreational exercisers who want to improve their health and fitness. Hannah works collaboratively with her clients, providing a tailored approach to help people navigate barriers and find sustainable approaches to make positive changes to their life.

CHLOE WarD
Sport & Exercise Psychologist
Having originally started her career as a personal trainer, Chloe saw how the factors that helped and hindered people in their exercise journeys were often psychological, rather than physical. She had also experienced her own psychological challenges with exercise in trying to find balance and understand the factors that affected her motivation.
